Pizza... New York Style

It just as much a state of mind as it is a style. What we have been able to recreate in San Miguel de Allende is a pizza that takes you back to a moment in time. Maybe when you were a kid and had your first slice of pizza. Maybe even in one of the Boroughs of NY.  In any case if you're looking for a great tasting pizza, this is the place. Thin crust but not like a cracker or tortilla. Foldable, so that you can eat it with one hand and not fall apart. Doesn't have to have every ingredient on it, just enough to make it perfect to your liking. Maybe even a just plain old cheese pizza(my favorite). Definitely not smothered with ketchup or some funky sauce😜. This pizza holds plenty of flavor all on it's own. ENJOY🍕

High quality ingredients. LARGE PORTIONS.  Clean,  prep environment, fast, loving and trained staff.
